Personal Coaching
Mindset coaching focuses on clients' existing beliefs and patterns of thinking. A good mindset coach works to help clients recognize, question, and revise persistent patterns of thought (Kholghi, 2021).
As a coach, I avoid giving advice. Instead, the focus is on asking questions to help you identify and resolve problems and change beliefs on your own.
The goal is to explore where your mindset currently is, and it is true. Then, accept that your thinking needs to change and commit to the work to make the change happen.
Oracle Card Readings

Oracle cards are a deck of cards with symbols and images that represent different meanings and messages. They can be used to gain insights and guidance on various aspects of life, including relationships, career, spirituality, and personal growth.
With Joe Longo's intuitive mindset coaching skills, he can help you gain a deeper understanding of the messages and symbols in the oracle cards. Joe has been sharing community oracle card readings since March of 2020 and has a unique talent for interpreting the messages and symbols of the cards in a fun and relaxed way.
Yoga & Meditation
Yoga and Meditation are a considerable part of my life and my process. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I am here to guide you and show you the benefits of this beautiful practice. Motivational Speaking
Getting stuck is normal; it happens to all of us. When we realize we are stuck, the key is figuring out how we move forward and how we get unstuck and re-inspired. We do this through a change in mindset, behavior, and sometimes a lifestyle change. But first, we must address what has caused us to become stuck and what action steps can be taken to move forward and become inspired again.
