WHY

We all know the benefits of meditation, yet most of us struggle with daily practice. As a coach, I recommend that everyone I work with create daily space to meditate, journal, and daydream. It is in meditation we begin to connect to our highest self. It is where we train our imagination for the life we want to live. It is where we learn to listen to the little voice inside guiding us and showing us synchronicities. Unfortunately, because this is something I recommend, this is also something I see the most resistance and struggle with.

The Flow.

The course is designed in a four-week progression, building and diving deeper each week. Each week will have a short video explaining the week's meditation and intention.

You will also receive two bonus meditations to connect you to your goals, intentions, and manifestations.
